Version 2.0 is the first release of the refactored spring run lifecycle model. The model has been rewritten to optimize performance, improve readability and maintainability, as well as enhance documentation.
Between version 1.0 and 2.0 the following sub-models have been redefined: 1. Sacramento Outmigration survival 2. Delta Rearing Survival
This version of the model was run with the following packages: * DSMtemperature (v1.0) * DSMflow (v1.0) * DSMhabitat (v1.0) * DSMscenario (v1.0) * DSMCalibrationData (v1.0)
